Professionally, Carlos brings extensive real-world experience to his clients. He previously owned and operated a trucking company and spent nearly two decades in the transportation industry, holding roles ranging from driver to operations manager. He has also led and developed successful teams at two Fortune 100 companies and has helped rebuild and strengthen numerous businesses, particularly in transportation.
